Before coming to New York Tara had been living in different places including Oregon, Utah, and most recently in Seattle, Washington. As a mother of a 4 year-old daughter, she spends most of her time playing with and taking care of her little daughter. In the afternoon of Mondays through Thursdays she gives thirty to forty minute piano lessons to children and some adults. She took formal piano lessons herself for 13 years, and nowadays she plays the piano for a couple of hours a day just for fun. In her spare time she enjoys running in the parks of New York, cooking desserts, and trying new recipes.
