Frederico is a student studying international relations track in Political Science. He used to live in Finland for a few years and met his fiance there. His fiance still lives in Finland so they keep in touch with each other through Skype. Finland is a cold, beautiful country and has lots of sailing activities and archipelago, meaning a group of small islands. His fianc? dreams of her wedding to be in one of Finland's archipelago. Frederico has done a few community services and the most recent one was doing volunteer work for 2011 Homeless Count in Los Angeles. He surveyed homeless people in L.A. and help the organization to figure out what kind of service they require and how much budget is needed to provide them with appropriate service. During the volunteer work, he felt that many homeless people have mental problems as well as economical deficiency and he asserted there is a strong need for setting up proper treatment and policy to help them.
